I have responsibility for overseeing our user group programme in the UK and Ireland.
Our user groups cover all aspects of patient care (in both the public and independent sectors) and include many, many different solutions, but the bulk centre around Primary Care, Secondary Care and Pathology.
I suppose what I was hoping for was to be able to engage with other like-minded people, "community managers" for want of a better word, for a little peer support, sharing of ideas, thoughts on best practice etc. Almost a user group for folks who run user groups.
As well as the face to face meetings we also have an online customer portal that I manage. The primary purpose of establishing this presence is to improve communications between ourselves and our customers.
I'd be happy to chat with anyone else who has any similar responsibilities or interests.
Thanks
Shaun
