I'm curious to see how it rolls over over the next few years. Hopefully it will result in more jobs in health care. I'm curious to see whether premiums will go up or down or stay the same as thousands of people without health insurance will now be required to have it.

If it is anything like the states that mandated car insurance, then premiums will quadruple.... because we don't have a choice. 

I hope not.  In reality I think most small businesses will turn over to the federal plan rather than keep their own.  The premiums will be shifting considerably.
