Hi Shannon,

UV rays are not naturally harmful. In fact, they are used in several treatments of various illnesses. But the actuality of the issue is that too much of anything is not good. So in essence, you should care for your skin from too much exposure to UV rays.

Human body is also prepared to repair itself through different protection and healing systems, when exposed to a huge amount of UV rays at small period, harm can be critical and permanent.
