I love going to fairs and festivals, but usually steer clear of the food!  I used to really enjoy the food when I was little, but now I am very conscious about the environment that my food is prepared in.  Those little trailers that food is often prepared in doesn't seem very sanitary.  It's also hard to determine the cleanliness of the people and if they practice good sanitation.
