Ability Network (formerly VisionShare) has filed an Application for Certificate of Authority to Operate as a Health Data Intermediary (HDI) in Minnesota, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes section 62J.4981. A Public Hearing will be held on Monday, April 18, 2011 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at which Ability Network will present an overview of its Application and respond to questions by the HIE Oversight Advisory Review Panel and members of the public. The meeting will be held in the Mississippi Room at the Minnesota Department of Health Snelling Office Park building located at 1645 Energy Park Drive in St. Paul.
Interested stakeholders and members of the public are encouraged to participate in the Public Hearing process. An electronic copy of the application has been made available for public review.
