		<description>I know there was a NYTimes article about the best iPhone apps for weight loss the other day.  Only looked at a few, and completely avoided any Android apps.  But, I know you don&#039;t have any Androids, so that doesn&#039;t matter.  I would say the best app is one that will allow you to collect data quickly (i.e. if you&#039;re counting calories, count them immediately), and then display the information gathered in the way that works best for you.  

I know, I know, not the most informed comment, but just what I&#039;ve seen on this topic recently.</description>
