Just like the normal PC world, there are several different EMR systems available on the iPad. Some of them may work for you, some of them may not. Make sure to evaluate what each system can do and how it integrates to your practice. Remember an EMR is a complex and often over simplified tool on new platforms. Be sure you can handle all of the clinical, data reporting, billing, and ECM functions that your practice must have to operate at peak efficiency.
This iPad EMR is called DrChrono. My early testing on this system shows a much improved interface over many other iPad EMR / EHR systems.
