    In theory, pre-existing conditions will be covered. Pre-existing conditions are not supposed to allow you to be disqualified from insurance. However, we will need to see how this works in practice.

    What I still did not know about the Obama plan is this section about pre-existing conditions… Is there any lingo in there about wether or not there is a limit on what insurance companies can impose if you have a pre-existing condition?
