Microsoft was one of the vendors that really stood out at HIMSS09. The Microsoft Surface has been around sonce 2005, but this is the first year that it is really integrating into the health care space. The video shown here is part 1 (due to YouTube forcing 10 minute uploads) of my ~20 minute interview with one of the developers of the Microsoft Amalga system. This system shows integration between Microsoft HealthVault and Microsoft Amalga.
EDIT: We inadvertently stated that we were talking with a Microsoft employee. However, the developer we were talking with works for a Microsoft partner. The partner developer was from Infusion Development. Thank you to Rachel from Microsoft Health for catching the error!
